Standard Shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days
- Delivery times vary by location (see below)
Shipping Locations
- United States: 2-4 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- Spain: 7-14 business days
Order Tracking
- All customers receive tracking information via email once their order ships
- Track your shipment using the provided tracking number
Shipping Address Changes
- If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at support@tryzalt.com as soon as possible
- Important: Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns at this time. All sales are final.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund
- Contact support@tryzalt.com to request a cancellation
- Refunds are processed immediately upon request
Refund Timeline
When we issue a refund:
- The refund appears in your Shopify account immediately
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Shop Pay: 2-5 business days
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately at support@tryzalt.com
- Include photos of the product and packaging
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you
