Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 12 hours on average
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships

Delivery Estimates

Transit times vary by destination:

  • West Coast (CA, OR, WA): 2–3 business days
  • Central US (TX, IL, CO): 3–4 business days
  • East Coast (NY, VA, FL): 5–6 business days
  • UK & Spain: 10-14 business days 

These are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume and weather conditions.

Order Tracking

  • All customers receive tracking information via email once their order ships
  • Track your shipment using the provided tracking number
  • "Label Created" means your shipping label has been generated and your order is being prepared for carrier pickup. This status can last 1–2 days before the next tracking scan.
  • Some carriers provide fewer tracking updates than others. It's normal for tracking to jump from "Label Created" to "Out for Delivery" in some cases. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, please reach out.

Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at support@tryzalt.com as soon as possible
  • Important: Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address

Return & Refund Policy

If the product is defective we will offer a full refund at no cost to you.

However due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns at this time. All sales are final. (unless defective)

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund
  • Contact support@tryzalt.com to request a cancellation
  • Refunds are processed immediately upon request

Refund Timeline

When we issue a refund:

  • The refund appears in your Shopify account immediately
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Shop Pay: 2-5 business days

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately at support@tryzalt.com
  • Include photos of the product and packaging
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you
