Why ZALT
Portable
ZALT breaks the mold on hydration and transforms any water source. No more forgetting your sachets or sports drink. ZALT fits right in your pocket and moves with you.
Shareable
Forget waterfalling from your bottle. ZALT pouches are perfect to share with your team, your friends, or anyone that looks like they could use some hydration.
Dosed for all day
ZALT pouches have 372mg of active electrolytes so each pouch is similar to what you get in a cup of coconut water. Pop ‘em throughout your day for sustained hydration.
Ingredients & allergens
ZALT is packed with essential electrolytes and B vitamins:
- French Sea Salt
- Sodium Citrate
- Potassium Citrate
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin B12
ZALT also contains Xylitol to help protect teeth and gums, and MCT oil which promotes healthy brain function.
ZALT is made of all natural ingredients and is sugar, caffeine, and nicotine free. The pouch is made of plant fiber (Microcrystalline Cellulose) and contains stevia leaf extract for sweetness.
Directions
Simply place a ZALT pouch between your lip and gums and drink water normally. Do not chew the pouch or spit. Dispose spent pouches in the convenient top section until you find a trash can. Most customers enjoy 2–4 pouches a day and use more on heavier activity days.
Benefits
Each ZALT pouch provides 372mg of active electrolytes which is similar to what is found in a cup of coconut water. ZALT helps you replenish lost fluids and the B vitamins support your nervous system and cellular health.
What's in one pouch.
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Natural Flavor, Xylitol, MCT Oil, Stevia Leaf Extract.

A pouch fits wherever the day goes.
Most people have three to six across a day.
Pop one while the coffee brews. Nothing to fill or shake first.
One in the pocket for the errand, the commute, the waiting room.
Top up on the way home or on the couch, whenever it suits.
Salt that comes with you.
Airports, road trips, hotel rooms. Salt that packs flat and needs nothing from the minibar.
Discreet enough for a lecture hall. No bottle on the desk, no trip to the water fountain.
Through back-to-back meetings and long shifts, without a drink to babysit.
Commutes and school runs. Nothing to spill, nothing to hold.
Pop one in before or between sets. It stays put while you move.
Where a bottle sweats and a powder is a hassle.
POTS questions, answered.
Are electrolyte pouches good for people with POTS?
A lot of people in the POTS and dysautonomia community keep ZALT on hand because it is a way to take sodium and electrolytes that travels with you: no bottle, no mixing, nothing to swallow. To be straight with you, ZALT is an electrolyte supplement, not a treatment for POTS or anything else.
How is ZALT different from salt tablets?
Salt tablets have to be swallowed, which means water and a glass. A ZALT pouch tucks between your lip and gum, so it works while you are walking, driving or standing in line. Each pouch also carries potassium citrate and B6 + B12, not sodium alone.
How is ZALT different from sports drinks?
Sports drinks arrive by the bottle, most carry sugar, and you have to finish them. A pouch is 372 mg of active ingredients with zero sugar, and it fits in a pocket instead of a cup holder.
How many can I have in a day?
Most people have three to six pouches across a day, spaced out as they go.
Does it replace drinking water?
No, and it isn't trying to. Nothing replaces water. Sip as you normally would with a pouch in; think of it as adding electrolytes to the water you're already drinking, without adding more volume to get them.
Is it sweet?
Not the way drink mixes are. Zero sugar, no syrup, no thick aftertaste. There's a touch of stevia and xylitol for flavor and that's it. This is the single most common reason people tell us they switched.
I've never used a pouch before. How does it work?
Around a third of our customers hadn't either. Tuck the pouch between your lip and gum on the upper side of your mouth, slightly to one side. It sits there comfortably and discreetly. Let the electrolytes absorb, swallow your saliva as normal, sip water as usual, and take it out after 30 to 60 minutes.
