Who can earn points?
All customers can participate! Your account is created for you when you make your first purchase and you are auto-enrolled in the program.
How do I earn points?
Orders and subscription renewals earn 5 points per dollar spent. You can also earn points by taking the actions listed above to help get the word out about ZALT! (follow us on Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
What are points worth?
100 points is worth $1.00 in store credit. Your points never expire and there is no minimum cart value needed to apply your points.
What can I use my points for?
Points can be redeemed for store credit on any order or subscription renewal. 100 points is equal to $1.00 in store credit.

What happens to my points if I get a refund?
If you refund or cancel your order, those points will be removed from your account. Partial refunds reduce points by the refunded amount.
